This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you visit MyMortgageCost.com or submit a mortgage inquiry through the site.

1. Who operates this website

MyMortgageCost.com is an independent educational and marketing website maintained by Dave Davis. It is not Barrett Financial Group's corporate website. Dave Davis is a mortgage loan originator, NMLS #1904558, who provides mortgage origination services through Barrett Financial Group, L.L.C., NMLS #181106.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. If you submit the inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, buying timeline, target budget, questions or notes, the calculator scenario you chose to send, and your contact-consent record. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information through this form.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. The site also loads fonts and icons from third-party content-delivery networks, which may receive ordinary connection information from your browser.
